2024 SPRING TRAINING SESSION
We're excited to inform you that our youth wrestling team is growing! In the past, our young wrestlers mainly had limited camp-style introductory practices. But recently, we've made some changes and now offer the chance to compete against other schools in our district. All practices take place at the Myrmidon Training Systems. Whether you're new to wrestling or dreaming of winning a national title, there's something for everyone at Myrmidon. Keep an eye on this page and our social media for updates and opportunities. ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING
At Myrmidon Training Systems, we have recognized the growing demand for private training and are pleased to announce the availability of private lessons. This option will allow athletes to concentrate on specific areas of concern and develop effective strategies for their upcoming matches.
Book a private lesson with one of our experienced coaches and enjoy personalized, one-on-one wrestling training. The pricing for our private lessons is as follows:
$25.00 per hour for one wrestler (must provide a drilling partner)
$15.00 per hour per wrestler for groups of four
$10.00 per hour per wrestler for groups of eight
Just so you know, payment should be made at the first session, and we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. To schedule your private lesson, contact any of our coaches at Myrmidon Training Systems.

GRECO-ROMAN WRESTLING CLUB
100% Greco ONLY class that teaches the basic grappling movements of the first Olympic sport. This class includes takedowns and using the upper body with exercises and drills designed to create the complete wrestler. Wrestlers must be able to demonstrate basic techniques to move to this level. They must also be able to constructively participate in a serious practice without disruption.
