We offer classes for every level, and each class ensures everyone can get the individual attention they need. There is a limited time for classes, please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.
Class that encompasses the technical aspects of boxing with core strengthening exercises. Learn boxing skills such as correct form in throwing jabs, hooks and uppercuts, while working at an intense pace. Push yourself to the limit and find the champion within you! All fitness levels.
Mixed Martial Arts
Learn to combine your striking and grappling skills so you’ll be prepared no matter where your fight takes place. Taught by instructors with professional experience, this program is designed to help you become a well-rounded mixed martial artist.
Wrestling class teaches the basic grappling movements of the first Olympic sport. This class includes takedowns and using the upper and lower body with exercises and drills designed to create the complete wrestler.
